    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15014421"&gt;@WillMonaghan&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;this is related to contracts between Spotify and the labels or the artists and their distributors, and often these come with territorial restrictions. Your best bet in this case would be to lobby the artists or their label to make them aware that they're missing out on fans by not including our territory (I'm also Candians and see the same problem in many artists I love...) in their Spotify deals.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;I hope this has been helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
