Question: Is there any sort of history option in Spotify (free) to view all the past songs one has listened to on shuffle?

Backstory: The other day I was listening to the ‘Western Ave’ station on shuffle and this beautiful song came on with two girls harmonizing, with one of the girls voices weaving in and out of the others.

I was driving so I wasn’t able to take a snapshot of my screen like I usually do and I can’t remember the lyrics (except perhaps a line about ‘Trying to forget you..’?

The song keeps playing in my head but it’s just a beautiful Melody’s and harmony and no distinct lyrics. ITS DRIVING ME MAD!!

I’ve been listening to the same station pretty much nonstop for the past few days and that one song has never played again.WHY!? 😞

Spotify really should have a history option to see which songs have played so a listener can find more of that artist or a particular song. I’m sure it isn’t hard to program something like that.

Sorry to hear you can't find the song again.

Unfortunately the Spotify mobile app only shows the recently played playlists, artists, albums, etc at the bottom of the library tab. It doesn't show a history of songs.

The Spotify desktop app does have a history section that shows the last 50 songs you played, but it wouldn't sync over from your listens in the mobile app. It only shows desktop app listens.
