Is it legal to make a YouTube video recap using the songs listed in Spotify's popular playlists?

I have a YouTube channel with thousands of subsribers, it's a channel that uploads video recap of music charts. I would like to start new set of videos featuring the content of Spotify's popular playlist; however, is that legal (using of the lists of songs appearing in their popular playlists), with respect to Spotify's side? Could I also show Spotify's logo for a few seconds?

Hey there @davidleviste, help's arrived!

I'm afraid you won't be able to do this, as you aren't able to reproduce content that you get using Spotify. Not only that, but YouTube might also flag your video for copyrighted music 🙂

As always, I'd suggest that you consult with a lawyer or other qualified proffessional.
