I was going through the god forbid artist page and all of their music is there except the first track on IV:constitution of treason. The track is called the end of the world. Why is this one song missing. All of the other albums are complete

I found the track on the album, it appears to be greyed out. Seems that your Spotify has the setting on which hides unavailable tracks.

It should be visible, but not playable on the following play button...

Anyway, why it is greyed out is most probably a decision made by the artist or their label. They may take out songs or even entire albums from streaming, either temporarily or due to other reasons, they have control over their content.
