Yes. Download the file from youtube, then sync it onto your own Spotify.

Initially, this is piracy and shouldn't be done 🙂

If the tracks aren't on Spotify - this means the label, artist or distribution didn't replicate the release to Spotify. And most likely the initial release was before the Spotify days. Meaning, the label, artist or distribution would need to "re-release" their music to Spotify.
