I love the original soundtrack from the film "Searching for the Sugarman". But I've noticed that the full soundtrack with the song " sugarman" and others by Sixto Rodriguez isn't on spotify. There are playlists called "searching for sugarman" but most of the songs in these " inspired by" playlists, are by other artists. Please put up the original soundtrack from the film....it's so good😍, and I have to listen to it on YouTube at the moment..😰

Do you know when this might be resolved? His content was available before and is now gone so surely in an attempt to win back this magnificent man's music you have an idea of when it will be available?

Hi..not sure if you're asking me or "rock star Luke", but it's been a while since I posted the enquiry and Sixtos' amazing work from " Searching for Sugarman" is still not on spotify unfortunately for us. It's very strange though that sometimes when I have searched for it..the music from the soundtrack will be listed under his profile, but as soon as I try to play 'shuffle'..the songs disappear almost immediately ..it's as if I'm being teased.. haha 😖...Anyway doubt they'll do anything about it, I think it has to do with licencing..strange though..sorry I couldn't help, Sticking to the album on YouTube for now though 💃🎶..
