I'm a premium member and was having issues with some songs from albums not playing while others were playing just fine, so I uninstalled/re-installed the app on windows 10. It solved the issues of the songs playing but now 30,000+ local files are no longer in the library. Is there a system file somewhere that keeps all of the links to local files somewhere like iTunes does or do I have to re-link all of the folders each time a reinstall is needed? Can't just select one folder and have it link all of the sub-folders, Spotify can't handle the volume and crashes each and every time I try.

This is literally a terrible system. You should be able to relink local files easily.
