@Spotify team: there's a hickup/skip in spotify:track:2dxZcoSZMo0z5DpcG1OPHl at 1:25. Can you fix/reupload this song? Just say so if you want to borrow the CD... 😉

I checked this bug. It seems Ok for me, I can perfectly listen to the song. Therefore, I think it might be a problem with your device or account. I'll need you to give me a bit more info in order to solve your problem 🙂 I'd like you to include some info like your country, device...

Can you let me know:

- Does the same thing happen on the web player, or a different device?

- Do your account's country settings match your current location? It's worth checking this out, just in case.

- Also, are you using a VPN? If so it's possible this could be interfering with things.

The hickup is there on my phone, on my laptop and on my desktop. You probably don't notice because you don't speak the language (or rather accent), but trust me it's there. Anyways, just do with it what you want.

Oh, ok! I noticed what you're talking about. Unfortunately, Spotify can't reupload a song. Only artists are able to change their songs. You can try to contact the artist (or his manager) and hopefully, they'll solve that problem.

Yep, Jose is right. The label/distribution needs to redeliver the song.
Usually artists are really open to these types of things, so I'm sure they'd be very happy to know someone has reported an error in their music. Usually this can be fixed within 48 hours, depending on how quick they can redliver.
