Name change?

So I’ve heard that you can’t change your name, but I really hate my name on most things as it has been pretty much the same thing and I hate it. I regret everything.

Hey there!

It's true that once you've made an account you cannot change the name you chose.

You're way around is to send an e-mail to spotify saying you want to free you e-mail used for the first account and use it for a new one.

Once you've sent the e-mail they will instruct you through it and they'll merge your old profile with the new one.

They're super responsive and helpful and you'll be done with it within 24 hrs.

This really annoyed me too, but then I decided to give it one last shot and see if linking my facebook account to my profile would change my username to just my first and last name, and that did the trick!
