Hello:

Neil Young pulled all of the releases that he has control over the rights of the music from all streaming music services, over sound quality issues as his stated reason. There are a couple of releases that he did not have complete control over the rights to the music that is still available. You can do a google search about Neil Young pulling releases he still controls the music rights to from streaming services. Sadly the album that contains the song My My, Hey Hey (Out Of The Blue) was on the release of Rust Never Sleeps which was pulled from the Spotify service.
