I listened to the playlist, however the song isn't there 😞 Are there other Spotify ads playlists for different regions? This one seems specific to the UK.

I contacted Spotify customer support, and it looks like this song may have been custom composed for this ad.

Audio tunes for Spotify's own ads are generally made specially for the ad. See this thread here.

Ads that are not advertising Spotify's own features (Premium, following friends etc) do tend to have snippets from actual songs in use. 🙂

I had contacted Spotify support back in May 2016, and they said it was likely a custom song (see my earlier post in this thread). After seeing SebastVAIO's link I'm fairly certain this song only exists for this commercial, which is too bad as this is a very catchy tune. I'll go ahead and mark this thread solved.
