Trying to Listen to the New Ryuichi Sakamoto

Hey, so I'm trying to listen to the new Ryuichi Sakamoto x U-Zhaan Energy Flow rework (the one w/ Chinza Dopeness and Tamaki Roy) on Spotify.

Spotify's giving me the error "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it".

I'm assuming that the song just isn't available in my region, but I just wanted to double-check.

For reference, I'm in the US, NE region.

Also, if the song's not available for my region, why wouldn't it be (I'm just curious)?

I can find the version with just U-Zhaan and Sakamoto off of the BTTB single, but not the one with Roy and Dopeness.

Also, Spotify now says "this song isn't available in your country", so I'm gonna say that's probably why it's not showing up? I'm still curious why, though?
