The good news is: We add new content to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may appear (or reappear) soon, so please check back!

Another thing you can do if you want to help get music on Spotify is try to contact the label / whoever has the rights to the music.

This can be a complicated process sometimes, but getting in touch with the rightsholder and asking them politely to put their music on Spotify is your best bet.
