Why can't I play certain songs?

I can't seem the play the studio version off mother by Danzig (Spotify URI: spotify:track:7txxAtOMwLLnQTpKeBL6bp), but the live version is ok.

I don't have the explicit filter on so this isn't the problem.

Can anyone else confirm this or give an explanation for this?

That's odd. Can you play the other songs on that album?

Please try playing it from other devices and let me know if it works!

I just checked on my phone and couldn't find it in my song list.

Went to settings and checked the ability to see unplayable songs and it came in my list.

So I guess I have my answer there.

I just find it a bit strange that all the other songs from the same album are fine

and the live version off the same song on another album is also fine.

Must be some reason why it isn't playable, but I can't guess why.

It's probably some availability issue, which is temporary, most of the times.

I suggest that you check a friend's Spotify account to see if it's available. That should make this clear 🙂

report it and it will probably be updated eventually. The inconvenience can be frustrating.
