[BUG] Release Radar keeps listing artists that have been blocked

Brief description of the issue: Each week I check my Release Radar and the same Mumble Rappers keep showing up on my Release Radar, even though I select "I dont like ARTISTNAME" every week. They seem to be multiplying. I don't listen to any Mumble Rap and they keep on showing up, even though every week I block the artist.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Listen to decent music
Open Release Radar
See Mumble Rap

What steps you’ve tried already: Right clicking and blocking the artists. Not listening to Mumble Rap.

Your device and operating system: Windows, Android

Type of Spotify account you have (Free/ Premium): Premium

The app version of Spotify you’re using: 1.1.8.439.g8502297d

8 Artists I previously blocked on this weeks Release Radar. It says I won't see them every time I block them, but they show up again and bring their friends.
