Song won’t play

I am from puerto rico and there is song by an artist that is from Puerto Rico (so the issue cannot be the region I am in) I am trying to play the song, but it won’t play.

i can hear the rest of the artist songs except one song in particular, how can I fix this issue?

Hey @SofiadelMar

Does the song appear greyed out to you? If yes, it's unavailable right now for some reason, such as changes in licensing.

If not, does it show any messages when you try playing it?

You can also try if you can listen to it in the web player. If you can, then you'll need to reinstall your Spotify client to refresh it up. 🙂

Delete and re-install the spotify app.

If the song is faded out then it's something related to Spotify itself if not try to maybe reset the app completely!
