Thanks for your question! In order for songs to be available on Instagram stories, they need to first be put thru the right distributors. Some Distributors (CD Baby, Distrokid etc.) allow options for Facebook monetization (which is what allows your music to be shared on Instagram stories and Facebook Stories). Not all distributors have this option though which is why that particular album you're searching for is not available. Songs are typically available on Instagram stories on their release dates.
