Any help please...? Why my playlist URI not valid?

I need help.. anybody please? My problem is I cannot submit my playlist due to URI not valid?

This playlist is my all time favorite back @ 20's.

Have you tried adding your user URI before your playlist URI? It should look like this when you post your playlist in the Playlist Exchange:

spotify:user:xxxxxxxxxx:playlist:xxxxxxxxxx

You can find your user URI by clicking the 3 dots next to your username at the top of your Spotify profile, selecting “Share,” and then “Copy Spotify URI.” The x’s in the example above should be replaced by your user URI and your playlist URI.
