The late Colin Vearncombe aka Black has several releases added to his page that aren't by him. One in the singles/EPs section quite clearly states DANIEL Black on the artwork and should be listed under that name instead.

To report issues with music, including wrong albums on an artist page, you can follow the instructions here: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/troubleshooting/how-do-i-report-a-content-error-on-spotify/

I've reported albums that shouldn't be on an artist page a few times; I think it worked one time, because the albums of the wrong artist were gone from the correct artist's page about a month or two after I reported the issue. I think it's worth a try!
