This is not something that Spotify has control over, unfortunately; rather, missing or unavailable music is usually a decision by the artist or label to withhold the content from Spotify. Sometimes it's temporarily unavailable while they sort out legal issues or correct metadata, in which case the music will return as soon as the artist/label resubmits it to Spotify.
