    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I were playing the same music album at the same time on our phones and when her song was done it scrolled down to the next song and my phone didn’t scroll down it keeps shuffling song and I didn’t even press shuffle...it’s doing this at work all the time everyday keeps playing same songs on my playlist even do I have lots to play...please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you mind checking if the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/features/autoplay/" target="_blank"&gt;Autoplay&lt;/A&gt; option is enabled in the settings of your Spotify app? This is the feature allowing Spotify to automatically play similar songs after a track has ended so the music never stops.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/features/shuffle/" target="_blank"&gt;Shuffle Play&lt;/A&gt; is the default playback mode of Spotify free. It's possible you've created&amp;nbsp;both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.&amp;nbsp;We suggest you head to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; help page.
