Is Dean Landon's song from the 2010 movie 'The Other Guys' called 'Edge of a Broken Heart' on Spotify? If not, can it be posted onto Spotify. I wondered if everybody including I myself would like to listen to it.

I couldn't find the song you mentioned. The availability of songs on Spotify can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders. Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies.
