in the mobile version of the app (premium) on Android, there is no section for changing the storage location of music tracks uploaded for offline listening

Hey @antriscus,

there should be an option.

Tap Settings

Scroll all the way to the bottom > Other > Tap Storage. (it should be above the Logout button)

Select where you want to save your downloaded music.

If you haven't seen this option, you can try to log out/login into the app. If that's not working, try Reinstalling Spotify, as this usually helps with many ongoing issues like this.
