&lt;P&gt;Make sure you perform &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;a clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; on any device where you can't access the &lt;STRONG&gt;Albums&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab using the Spotify app. This ensures cache issues or corrupted files getting in the way will be removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When on a mobile device,&amp;nbsp;try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings. You can also authorize Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. These features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.&lt;/P&gt;
