Henry Threadgill

How is it that Spotify has no recordings of this celebrated artist from the past 23 years? He's a 2021 NEA Jazz Master and a 2016 recipient of the Pulitzer Prize, but the most recent album by Threadgill on Spotify is from 1997. I realize he records on small labels, but surely Spotify can cut deals with labels other than Sony and the like, no?
