I use spotify a lot and I can't figure out the logic behind albums having multiple versions. For example, Eve's newest album 'Kaikai Kitan / Ao no Waltz' looks like this when shown on the artists discography:

But if you look in some playlists you can find the song titles in kana (Japanese characters); clicking the album link on these tracks will redirect you to the same album but with the song titles/album name translated:

My question is how spotify decides which album to show you on discography, I tried switching language settings to Japanese but the artists page still lists in romaji. Is it a region based thing?? Thanks in advance for any responses !

This is connected to localization, and in the UK it shows the album with latin letters.
