My Question or Issue

I would like a different Spotify UI, the direction it is taking is not in my liking

Is there somewhere a list of trusted alternatives?

Is there even a API or SDK to modify a user’s library?

Hey @Dimonor, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

There isn't a way to alter or change Spotify's UI.

I definitely understand your concern about this and keep in mind that Spotify is often testing and launching improvements and new features, so you may see something that your friends don't - or get something to try temporarily.

If you're not liking the changes made, you can always create a new Idea about this here, and I thank you for your feedback.

Is there a way to roll back the update?

Not ideal solution but would buy time until a move to different platform.

Great question! There isn't a way to go back to a previous version after you've updated the app or features have changed.

There is some more information in my last reply about creating a new Idea to share feedback about your experience with new features and layouts.
