My Question or Issue

Hi, when I play any song from "Folk Songs for the 21st Century" by Sheldon Allman: https://open.spotify.com/album/6c8xXWU9vBMaVSe60n2s5z?si=q0YfhOCET0a5pNgAZsQx7Q
on my phone, I'm getting really distorted and crackling sound. It happens only on phone - playing this album on Windows sounds fine.

Can this somehow be fixed? It already happened twice, that I'd got songs from this broken album on my Discover Weekly album.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

The fact that the same album plays without the distorted sound on Windows points to the issue laying with the smartphone setup. Could you check if changing the Audio quality makes a difference? Also, does the same issue occur when the song is downloaded?

In any case, let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a clean reinstall on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
