Music playing randomly on devices

My Question or Issue

We will be watching TV and the show/movie will stop playing and then spotify will open up and start playing music. The songs that are playing are not the music I listen to (chill hiphop/Lo-Fiy?) but it's showing up on my Spotify account. It does this on any tv device that has spotify. I'll also walk into a room or be trying to sleep when my alexa echo device will start playing the music. It's been doing this for about a week or so and I don't know how to fix it. help?
