My Question or Issue

This might be a stupid question.

I’m planning to watch Bleachers at 3am PST which is 6pm the next day for me. But I noticed it said “UK, Europe, & Africa” next to it. Does that mean I would not be able to watch the livestream since I live in Asia? Or does it not matter as long as I have the link?
