    <description>Thank you! I did try this but it still didn’t work. I tried scanning the code but it would say the feature is only for premium users even though we both are. Is the feature not meant to work wirelessly?</description>

The songs don't follow the same order as on the lead device. It also does not register when the lead device has changed a song.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, can you try with a different internet connection to see if the issue persist?&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you do the following:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try an alternative connection (if you're on a public or office network try a private network, if possible)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Soft reset of the device&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure the operating system is up-to-date&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure that the device has enough storage space&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the issue persist after this, can you try from a different device?&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
