The names of the songs, albums, etc. are shown in Spotify as the artists/distributors upload them. No worries though, you can report this by following the steps in this article under Broken or incorrect content.

I’m not even gonna bother with that. I’ve tried it before with numerous things and nothing ever gets fixed. Someone told me before it make take months before anything can change and it’s getting close to year since I submitted my first one. Just seems like a useless feature if it doesn’t do anything. Just trying to fix song names and album titles and keep information accurate but I guess y’all don’t care enough.
