The NEW RELEASES section is not working

Sincer around March the NEW RELEASES section is not updating. I'm mostly in Metal and Rock categories and both don't update since then. I've contacted the support 3 times and still nothing has been fixed.

There isn't anything that can be done about this, unfortunately, and there is some more information about this here and here regarding this.

The second link is a page to an Idea where Spotify keeps everyone updated, which sounds similar to what you're describing - is that what you're experiencing? If yes, please head over there to add your details, so that Spotify has all the info in one place.

Nice problem solving you have here. So this means I have to keep paying for an aplication that actualy doesn't work and you solved the problem with "there isn't anng that can be done about this"... Amazing support. My family is switching to another platform that the features it provides actualy work.
