My forever favorites issue

I have tried using the links and tips people have posted to access "My forever favorites" but it doesn't work for me. It says that the link doesn't work on my device. My spotify app is fully updated. I also never saw it on my homepage. Idk if spotify took it off the app or what's going on. I was really looking forward to using "my forever favorites" 😞

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you have someone that has this feature log in with their account on your device to see if the issue persists?
