I can't make a blend with exclusively one person?

My Question or Issue

So I am able to form blends usually, I have been able to form like 3 of them at least 2 with iPhone users, but I am having trouble with one person, she sent me the link and I clicked on it during the outage to the spotify servers yesterday, so it obviously didn't work then. But now when we send each other links again, we still aren't able to make blends now. We just get a loading screen and in the iPhone user's case, they now have 3 separate blend icons for both of us, but can't click on any of them. Help please? Thanks!

Thank you for posting on the Community!

Today we've had some difficulties with the iOS app that may be causing these errors, more info here.

However, running a clean reinstall has worked to get the app and its features up and running. Please pass the reinstall steps to the other users you're trying to create the Blend with, so they can perform them as well.
