Won't connect to speaker wifi

Hello guys !

I'm a spotify user for some time and I've allways been able to connect my account to my samsung wifi speakers. Samsung R3. But now for some reason My app detects the speakers but when I want to connect them to the app it just stays there connecting and n the end it doesn't connect.

All software are updated so I don't understand what is the problem.

Can someone help me ?

Thanks for writing about this here in the Community.

Have you also checked the device's firmware is up to date? You mentioned all the software being up-to-date, but I'm assuming that refers to your phone or app version. You should be able to manually update the firmware by downloading it from this support page.

If that doesn't do the trick, you might want to give a full factory reset a shot: you can try to reset the device to factory settings by pressing and holding the plus and minus volume buttons until a purple indicator begins to flash. The device should reset and reboot. If issues still persist, try updating the firmware once more after this reset.

Ok I've try and nothing still loadong the speakr and doesn't make the conection

What happens if you follow these steps?

Restart the Spotify app
Close any other apps you’re not using
Restart your devices
Restart your WiFi
