Hello,

i got a problem with my playlist, similar as this thread.

I wrote already to the support on twitter, but no one answers. I think my playlist got banned, because of too many reports? but i dont know why. The title, picture and description is getting deleted every time I try to change.

I have build up a few followers over a long time and would like to continue sharing music with them. 😞

Sorry to hear that this has happened to your playlist.

If you've contacted support, they should get back to you. Note that if you've received an automated reply, you should reply to that with the requested information in order to reach a support advisor. Check your email spam/ junk folder and make sure that emails from Spotify are not blocked. Usually when a playlist gets reported you'd receive an email with further instructions.

In the meantime, the best thing to do is to copy the songs over to a new playlist and share it on social media to regain followers.

I'd also suggest you add your +Vote to the Idea that @Mario has linked to in the other thread you've mentioned.
