Thanks for the post.

If a song/ album is grayed out or missing it mean that for whatever reason, they are unavailable in your country. This could be due to licensing issues or the request of the record label or artist.

Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies to upload their content on Spotify.

There is no way to request a certain song/ album to be added to Spotify.

Your best bet would be to message the artists about this on social media.
