topic Request: New Player Function in Content Questions

Hey Folks (and hopefully Developers),

I had these thoughts about a new function which would allow me to rearrange the order of songs inside my playlists. This could be used to redefine a playlist, by for example being able to put Songs at a specific place to be able to have similar songs played before or after them.

It could also be used as a tool to create a Playlist with different stages and feelings to hear through.

Hello:

Any new ideas or features to be added to the existing Spotify apps, should be posted here https://community.spotify.com/t5/New-Ideas/ct-p/newideas. You might want to layout in more detail what this feature or function would do also. As it is there is a few options in the Spotify apps to reorder songs currently. Also there are a few third party tools such a recipes from IFTTT https://ifttt.com/recipes that can do different things with regards to Spotify playlists, i.e. like merging music genres, merging different sections of one or more playlists, and other different possibilities, even backing up and saving Discovery Weekly playlists, and backing up even Spotify curated playlists.
