My Question or Issue

Hi All,

In an attempt to find new music I have been deep diving into the Spotify’s community profiles to look for playlists made. Some profiles have hundreds of playlist made and for some reason, when I try to look the the expansive list, the Spotify app across any of my devices won’t load the full list of playlists (ie. profile says it has 500 playlists but I can only see the top 40).

I’m pretty curious to see what people have to offer in terms of playlists. It’s disappointing that I can’t see the full list. Anyone else notice this?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Keep in mind that users can choose whether they want to show all their playlists on their profile or make them private. You can read more about this here.

On another note, could you try zooming out to see if more playlists are shown?

Also, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device?

Lastly, sending us a screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

We'll be on the lookout.
