I have filled out the application for the Spotify for Artist twice, and have sent multiple emails in the past month and have heard nothing back from Spotify. Does anyone here have experience with how long this should be taking?

Hello, Good morning My name is Airton and recently I published a single on Spotify through an agency, but I was not able to access my artist profile and I requested access a few times and I did not get an urgent return and need to access my artist profile , can you help me? answer me?

Don't worry, if you've requested access to your artist profile the team will be back in touch as soon as they can.

We'd also recommend keeping an eye on your junk/spam folder if you've not heard back yet. It's possible the email could have gone in there.

I got access to the artist profile, but how can I make other settings? Change Profile Picture? Welcome message to profile? Verify profile?

Hey,

I'm having the actual same problem here. It's also been about 4 days waiting for a reply on whether the access is granted. I also did request 3-4 times and still no replies whatsoever. Hoping that spotify moderators receive this msg cause i feel that the service is incredibly slow.

I've also filled out the Spotify for Artists form, multiple times (and sent email to Spotify Support), but haven't seen anything from either yet. I'm trying to get Blue House Union verified. Thank you.

I filled out the support form for Spotify for Artists and was approved/verified quickly afterwards. Apparently, one of the things that held up my verification was not providing the band's twitter link. good luck.

Hi there. I have filled out form to apply for artist account several times and still no reply. I am verified on Spotify (there’s a check mark next to my name, not so sure what that represents). Hoping we could resolve this soon. Excited to start using features of artist account. Thanks!
