    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would assume the license has temporarily expired and/or has not yet been renewed again. I would keep an eye on the release though for a few more weeks, being if it is a licensing reneweal thing it should be back soon. If the release was made available only for a short time period then the release might not be back for awhile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All music made available to the spotify service is up to the labels, artists, and/or their representatives.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody know why Weld by Neil Young got removed from Spotify? None of his other albums, whether "solo" or with Crazy Horse, are removed and the live noise cuts that accompany Weld called Arc are still on there, but Weld isn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
