My streams are not going up.

Recently i have noticed that the songs that i listen from a certain group are not being counted, while the other artists streams are always increasing. I use last.fm to see how many times I played a certain artist and it says i played Artist 1 (the one whose streams won't increase) more than 1200 times on the last 4 weeks, and artist 2 more than 200 times, but on other apps such as spotistats it says that artist 2 is my most listened artist. Why is this happening? How can I solve this? Thank you!
