When I click "share", a circular arrow icon appears as an error symbol and clicking it to download a content again does not help. Clicking on any of sharing alternatives (like Instagram, WhatsApp, link and so on) below the arrow on the black backround is not allowed. How are you? Until your app returns to normal, an alternative to sharing your playlists is to access it from your computer and copy the playlist URL. Try it, I did a test here and it worked.
