My Question or Issue

Hi, a specific track have a really bad quality compared to the YouTube version. This track is OTP - London Viex (Remix)

This is the version on YouTube

I'm just wondering if you could maybe change it or ask/send an email to the Artist so he can change it ? Thanks !

In this case, there are several audio quality settings available on Spotify to match your device, plan, and preferences. You can find out more about how to change the audio quality in this article.

Note: You can’t change audio settings when using Spotify Connect to play on another device.

Thanks for the reply, ands sorry for the delay.

I did chose the "very high" quality in the settings on all of my devices, and this particular song is the only one that's bad quality, whether listened when downloaded or not.
