how do i add red arrows and green arrows and blue dots onto the chart?

i do a public vote spotify chart every weeks and on spotifys top 50 chart theres red arrows (down) green arrows (up) and blue dots (new entry) i would like to add that on my songs for my chart though i dont know if how or if its possible how to do it

It's currently not possible to add those symbols to your playlist since they are only available for Spotify-created playlists. We do however appreciate your feedback and we've made sure to forward it to the relevant team.
