My Question or Issue

Hi,

I cannot turn off the explicit content filter for my son. I have a Family Premium account.

I did turn off the filter in the Family Member plan settings (screenshot attached), but songs still appear grayed out (screenshot attached).

Can anyone help with this?

There is also an explicit content filter within the Spotify app. This toggle may still be turned on.
