I am in the US and can't find karaoke mode on my spotify. Is this active or still in testing where it may appear and disappear

currently the karaoke mode is currently in testing, so it may appear and disappear on Spotify. It is not available in all countries yet.

OK, it is also missing for me (not on phone, not on Spotify Mac app either)

Can you please advise if it is

(a) going to be available for all songs?

(b) available in Australia, New Zealand, USA?

(c) does the App store country or your IP address determine whether it will work? i.e. if we use a VPN, could we use Karaoke mode?
