My Question or Issue

Sometimes I would get a lot of ads in one batch. Just a bit ago, I got this ad that has no sound, the progress bar is moving but it just comes back to the start of the bar when it's done. The image did not change or even flicker. I tried to re lode the web page but after a few songs it happened again. I changed to a different device and no luck.

Since this happens with multiple devices, can you please check using a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider)?

If the issue persists, please let us know the following:

The models and OS versions of the affected devices
The ad that this happens with
Rough date and time this happened last (including your timezone)

I Have been on both school and home wifi. Most of the time, the Ads are ALL spotify Ads. The last time it happened was Jun 1 10AM (GMT-7)

I ended up switching to premium so I guess the problem no longer exsit.
