Search for "Release Radar" and click on the result that is from Spotify (the author should show up as "Made for [your username]" on the playlist page). It should be the top result. From there you can click the plus sign (+) to add it to your library so that you can then re-find it by going to Your Library and filtering to Playlists.

You can also find it on the Search page by scrolling down to the section with the cards for categories & genres, then selecting the cateogry Made For You. Either way you choose, it works for other Spotify generated playlists too like Discover Weekly, Daily Drive, Blends, and Mood Mixes. 🙂
